| Escrito al dorso: "BRITAIN. HOME OF MODERN ART. Britain, so tradicional and conservative in the past, has surprised even her warmest friends by her appreciation of the fact that the arts must be allowed to flourish in freedom. Both the British Goverment and the public have, in spite of the war, achieved a greater consciousness towards this freedom in art. Recently this consciiousness has been expressed in an exhibition held at the London Museum, in which the newest movements in contemporary art were illustrated. It was an amazing and successful experiment.
This photograph of one of the exhibits shows a painting by Edward Wadsworth entitled ´Bronze Ballet`. THIS PHOTOGRAPH HAS BEEN PASSED BY THE CENSOR." | Obra de arte (ATT)
