Escrito al dorso en una hoja mecanografiada en tinta negra: "Art Comes back to London. Seven rooms of the empty National Gallery in Trafalgar Square, from wich Britain´s most famous collection of pictures was `evacuated´ when war began, are to house a war - time Exhibition of British Painting. The Exhibition is being organised by a young English - woman, Miss Lilian Browse. It will present a cross - section of British art during the last 50 years. Queen Elizabeth has loaned two pictures, and private collectors all over the country have helped, by lending their pictures, to make the Exhibition a success. This picture shows Miss Brose looking at some of the pictures before having them hung. THIS PHOTOGRAPH HAS BEEN PASSED BY THE CENSOR." Obra de arte (ATT)
