| Escrito en el dorso: "NON-COPYRIGHT. The Summer Exhibition of the Royal Academy of Arts just opened in Burlington House, Piccadilly, London. The war has had no effect on this annual artistic event, except thay it has inspired several pictures and put many of the artist into uniform. The Royal Academy of Arts was founded in 1768, and since then it has increased generation by generation in importance until it is now the accepted headquarters of British art. For an artist to hace a picture hung in the Royal Academy is to ensure his success. This picture shows a well-konwn British film star, Miss Valerie Hobson, standing by her own portrait at the private view of the Summer Exhibition. By her side is the artist, Mr. Robin Guthrie. THIS PHOTOGRAPH HAS BEEN PASSED BY THE CENSOR." | Obra de arte (ATT)
